Step 1: Destination Enquiry

Contact us via email or enquiry form.

Step 2: Tour Planning

Our passionate and expert tour planners design a custom-made tour based on your requirements (e.g., accommodation level & car rental type, group configuration, travel dates, meal plan, flights, guided or partly guided) as well as your budget and interests (e.g., photography, nature & wildlife, birding, food & wine, culture, hiking, diving, surfing, fishing, history & archaeology, architecture etc.).

Step 3: Sourcing

Based on above consultation, we handpick the most suitable options for you. We have longstanding relationships with the reliable establishments we choose to book with.

Step 4: Proposal & Quote

We compile a detailed tour proposal and quote for your perusal. You are welcome to make changes and suggest alternatives or accept as is.

Step 5: Deposit Payment

Upon acceptance of final quote we send you a secure payment link via email (Credit Card, EFT and Paypal payments accepted) for a 50% deposit which serves as confirmation of your tour with us!

Step 6: Booking Confirmations

Once we’ve received your funds, we book and confirm all your bookings and email you these confirmations in a short itinerary.

Step 7: Final Payment & Full Driving Itinerary

Four to six weeks prior to your trip you’ll receive a payment link for final payment.

Step 8: Tour Package

Receive your final itinerary per email and collect your hard copy tour package on arrival. This will include a full driving itinerary with detailed directions, GPS coordinates and maps, destination information, travel tips, restaurant recommendations, booking vouchers and more.

Step 9: Have an awesome trip!

Our team will be on standby should you need to contact us during your tour. We love meeting our clients, should your itinerary take you along the Garden Route. We are based in Knysna, South Africa, in the heart of the Garden Route.
